Ice Exhibit, White Christmas, & Other Dallas Adventures!

Warning: Lots of cute pictures ahead!

Kelsey made me laugh because there was some Elton John Christmas song on the radio, and she decided she was not a fan and plugged her ears!

In front of my favorite restaurant celebrating what would have been my Dad's 63rd birthday.

Cute little feet!

Picture of Nathan and Kelsey to frame for Grandma's Christmas present.

Kelsey had a blast running around my aunt's house for Malouf Family Christmas. She played in the fountain (as evidenced in this picture) and loved exploring the hundreds of stuffed animals all around her house! And, Kelsey enjoyed the Lebanese feast as well!

These next three pictures are what I like to call "California Girl Meets Snow!"
Don't worry, you aren't seeing wrong, there is actually snow in Dallas! This was Kelsey's first time in the snow. It snowed on Christmas Eve and stuck around for Dallas's first White Christmas in 82 years!
Kelsey sporting her cute winter coat and hat!

In Kelsey's defense, it's not that she didn't really like the snow, but the wind was blowing very strongly, so she was not a fan. I think she still manages to look absolutely adorable though!

Kelsey and Nathan in their matching jammies they got on Christmas Eve.

Kelsey on Christmas morning. Clearly excited to open up all her presents!

Kelsey loves anything sporting Minnie or Mickey on it!

Kelsey immediately took her new dog for a walk!

She was surprisingly good at unwrapping her gifts by herself!

Kelsey finally got some of her own choo choos! And she hasn't stopped playing with her choo choos since she opened them!

Kelsey and Daddy.

Kelsey and Grandma watching a choo choo at the Gaylord Texan. This hotel has the most exquisite decorations up!

Family shot.

Waiting in line to get our parkas for the Ice Exhibit. Kelsey was entertaining herself by eating the puff ball on her jacket!

Kelsey and Daddy in awe of the lights.

About to enter the 9 degree weather!

Kelsey was a good sport and wore the parka the whole time.

I wish I looked that cute in my parka!

The theme of the exhibit was the Grinch. Pretty cool!

Probably my favorite picture for best facial expressions! (Hillary--I thought you would like this one!)

Kelsey found this awesome ice tunnel that she ran through at least 30 times!

Sculpture of the Grinch. Pretty amazing!

Kelsey and Mommy. (PS: If you want to feel extra huge and uncute when you're 6 1/2 months pregnant, just wear a big parka!)

Still amazes me this is all ice!

Kelsey is serious about her choo choos! She loved pretending to drive this one!

Kelsey and Nathan in Santa's sleigh.

Life-size gingerbread house. Everything's bigger in Texas after all, right? This baby took 500 pounds of flour to make!

Our sweet little girl! Sometimes she is such a ham! I think we'll keep her!
