Since we were so bad about keeping everyone updated during November, we thought we would start December off with a bang! So, here it goes . . . we're expectating a baby! But wait, there's even more exciting news--we just found out tonight that we're having a BOY!!! We actually went through emotions of finding out we're having a girl and a boy because he was being shy for a while. He wasn't exactly cooperating at first because he was sitting cross-legged, but he finally warmed up to the "camera" and was putting on quite the show for us! We are so lucky that our wonderful sister-in-law Chelsea was willing to do an ultrasound for us. It was exciting to find out what we are having, but it was most reassuring to find out that he's healthy and strong and doing well! We are so excited, and we hope you enjoy these pictures as much as we do!

Okay, he moved right as Chelsea took this one, but he was seriously pointing at us and it looked like he was waving. And, we counted 5 fingers, so that's a good sign! His face looks like an alien, but that is his cute little hand saying "hi" to us!
It kind of looks like he's praying in this one. We're trying to teach him early!
We got to see his brain. It was so neat! We had a great top view and got to see both hemispheres and everything. It looked pretty big . . . he must take after his mom! This is one of my favorite pictures!

We had to take lots of "boy" shots just to reassure ourselves that he is indeed a boy!
This is the best "BOY" shot! Those are his little hands by the arrow. We are already SO in love with him, and just think he is the most adorable baby ever! He already has such a fun little personality, which probably means he'll be like his dad, but we can't wait to meet him.

CONGRATS on your BOY news! We were so excited when we heard from Chelsea. My favorite ultrasound shot is the one that says "baby Christensen"...it's a good one of the body too! How fun and exciting...boys are very fun to have FIRST! :) Any names you two like??
Congratulations! Those are some great pictures! It still amazes me that a baby can be that small but still have all the same body parts as an adult. What a miracle!
Are you sure he's a boy?? :) So it's gonna be Austin Habiby Christensen then? Congrats!
you are kidding me!! I can't believe I didn't even know, but i had my thoughts! I am soo happy for you!! What an exciting time! I hope you have been feeling good, you always look really great in class. I can't wait to see you and talk!
