Today was a big milestone for our sweet little girl . . . she turned 1! We are constantly amazed at everything she has learned in such a short time, and we love her so much! If I had to narrow it down to my two favorite things about her, they are as follows:
(1) She has the most infectious giggle
(2) She gives the biggest, slobbery kisses when I say, "Mommy kisses"
I can't help but smile as I reflect on the joys I have experienced this last year of being Kelsey's mother. There have been so many hard times, but we have gotten through them all. Motherhood is difficult, but it is definitely worth it!
We had a fun birthday party last Saturday while some of my family was able to be in town.

For her birthday today, we celebrated at Irvine Park by letting Kelsey go on a pony ride! Although timid and scared at times, she was a pretty cute cowgirl! After the park, we went to Kiddie Kandids for a photo shoot. Then our good friends Lesha and Hudson treated us to Golden Spoon, and we got Cake Batter frozen yogurt! Yummy!

I just realized I never commented, but happy birthday Kelsey! I love how the pictures turned out from Kiddie Kandids! It's hard to believe it's been a year already since she was born and you moved out. Crazy!
