Whadayatalk!

Kelsey LOVES talking. My mom says she gets it from me. This video is from about 3 weeks ago at our family reunion, but I just uploaded the stuff from this camera because we don't use it that often. We were in our trailer, and Kelsey just did not want to go to bed. This was probably around midnight. Anyway, if this doesn't make your heart melt and bring a smile to your face, then I don't know what will! (Special note: Justin, don't you like that Kyle's shirt is off! haha)

Kyle and I watched this 5 times in a row and just kept laughing and laughing. It was getting a little late at night though, so hopefully you won't be disappointed.

In other news, Kelsey just keeps getting more cute and chub-chub. It's so fun to go to the mall, or any store really, and have so many people compliment her. Everyone says she looks like a doll and that she is just beautiful. She attracts a lot of attention because she is just so cute! I also have to express a thank you to a nice lady at the mall yesterday who helped me get on the elevator. I had been waiting there and when it finally came, there was a whole slew of people getting off, so I quickly tried to thrust the stroller and myself inside. To my dismay, even though the stroller was in the doorway, the elevator was closing. I was worried it was just going to smush the stroller, so I quickly jerked it back and watched the elevator go on its way. This nice woman just said, "We'll help you get in next time." So, when it came again, she made sure to hold her arm in the door so it would stay open. It was kind of funny because it's not like I don't know how to get in an elevator, but I appreciated her help nonetheless.

I also gave myself a rice burn two nights ago. I was cooking dinner and was in a hurry to get everything ready. The rice was done, so I got some butter to mix around. I was just trying to mix it really fast with a fork, and I ended up flinging a huge chunk of rice on my other hand! It burned so bad. I ran water over it, kept ice on it, and even put Vitamin E on it, but it was painful for about 5 hours. The next day, I have some spots on my hand, and even a blister in one spot, and Kyle said, "Oh, I didn't realize it was that bad." I immediately got defensive and replied, "I don't just complain about nothing!" I wasn't just trying to get sympathy points, it hurt really bad! Now, it doesn't hurt, but I still have spots on my hand. I feel like a leper or something. (Ok, it's not quite that bad.) Here is a picture I took this morning. I couldn't get it to focus that well, but you get the idea.

Oh yeah, I also got a haircut Tuesday night! Finally! It's pretty short (at least to me), but I am liking it so far! Once I get a picture, I will post that.

What a cute video of Kelsey! She's darling! And the panda video was pretty funny too! Sorry about your burn, Megan. :( Glad to hear things are going well, and I look forward to seeing pictures of your new hair cut...

(By the way, we're excited you're coming to town, and we'd love to see you!)
