Labor Day:

We went to a friend's pool to go swimming. Kelsey still doesn't like pool or ocean water because it's too cold, but she did enjoy going around the pool in our awesome row boat!

After Kelsey got out of the pool. She is just too cute!

Kelsey and her Mommy.Trip to Utah:
First of all, traveling alone with your three month old child is a very arduous task! Kelsey was such a trooper the 4 days we were gone! Thank you to everyone who helped us out by letting us stay with you or borrow your car so we could get where we needed to go!
Here is Kelsey with her 1 year old cousin Nathan. (My oldest brother's son.) Nathan was very intrigued by Kelsey's face, and he liked to pet her head. These next three pictures are what we call PROGRESSION:
First, Nathan was unsure how close he wanted to be sitting next to Kelsey. He had to observe her very carefully from a distance.
Then, Nathan couldn't resist how adorable Kelsey is, and he thought it would be safe to scoot a little closer.
Finally, Nathan decided that he and Kelsey could be friends and even rub elbows a little bit.
Here is a cute one of Kelsey on the couch.
Here we are at the Salt Lake Temple waiting for Katy and James to come out.
The bride and groom. Katy and I have been friends for a LONG time, and I am so happy for her!
Kelsey was getting tired by this point, so I had to bundle her up.
Kelsey was not thrilled about being in this picture because she really wanted to be asleep. Isn't my friend stunning?
Here are the bridesmaids looking sassy. I thought the photographer said sexy. I think I definitely win either way!
Here is my cousin Jordan meeting and holding Kelsey for the first time. It was love at first sight! Jordan was my pseudo date to the reception since Kyle had to stay in California for work. It was so fun catching up with him!
Here is me with Kelsey and Nathan. Nathan only has his two bottom teeth that have come in! It's so funny, but cute! They will actually be in the same grade for school. That is so crazy!
We met up at Cracker Barrel with my brother Brian and his wife Bethany. It was very nice to see them and catch up a little bit. Brian hadn't met Kelsey before.
Here is me, Kelsey, Nathan, Kevin, and Molly relaxing outside the Cracker Barrel in some rocking chairs.Anyway, we had a VERY busy, but fun time on our trip to Utah. I am glad I got to be there for Katy's wedding. I must say it was a little difficult getting to all the wedding stuff since I was by myself with Kelsey, but somehow we managed. Friday was the busiest day because the wedding was in Salt Lake, then I had to stop in Draper to feed Kelsey, then I had to drop someone off in Provo who was watching Kelsey during the wedding, and then I had to meet up with Jordan so we could make it back up to the reception in Pleasant Grove. Unfortunately, I missed the first part of the ring ceremony, but hopefully Katy will someday understand just how crazy things get when you have a baby! In between all the wedding festivities I got to spend some much needed time with some old friends. (Just to name a few: Driel, Evan, and Moriah; Dustin, Heather, and new baby Jackson; Curt and Holly; Thomas, Melissa, and Macey; Josh and Shauna; Justin; Ben; Aryn; and Jordan.) I also got to see Hillary's, my sis-in-law, dorm room and help her straighten out her schedule. I'm sorry I didn't get to spend more time with all of you, it was just too short of a trip. This trip actually made me miss Provo. I never thought that would happen, but it made me realize how much I really do miss my friends there. There just aren't as many young couples to be friends with down here in SoCal.
In other news, Kelsey is trying to roll over, but she hasn't quite got it down yet. She just constantly rolls from side to side. I feel like any day now she is just going to do it!
We are also excited that my mom is coming to visit us this weekend!

Wow - what a busy trip! I love all the pictures though - and your bridesmaid outfit turned out really good! Katy looks gorgeous in her dress. I'm sure your mom is eating up the pictures of Kelsey & Nathan!
Cute pictures, Megan! (I especially love the one of the bride and bridesmaids--you definitely look the best!) It was so good to see you and Kelsey; thanks so much for stopping by! Tell Kyle we say hi and that we missed him. We'll just have to come visit you all in CA sometime soon!
Too cute! -Clint
