Kelsey got her first real experience at Disneyland! We've been to Downtown Disney quite a few times, but this was the real deal with rides, the castle, and all the Disney characters! As evidence by the forthcoming pictures, Kelsey was having such a fun time, she didn't want to look at the camera!

Kelsey's first ride . . . the Carousel. She was not the biggest fan of the belt having to go around her, but she was a pretty good sport. I love how her belly is hanging out in this picture.
On to It's a Small World. Waiting in line with Grammy. (Loved how the lines were maybe 5 minutes long!)
During the ride. Kelsey was seriously enthralled. This was her favorite ride of the day!
After Small World, we went on Pinocchio's Daring Adventure. Kelsey did okay on that one, but that one is a little creepy and dark the entire time. Since Kelsey only had a 5 minute nap earlier that morning, she was already wiped out. We were standing in line for Jungle Cruise, and she passed out in my arms. But, I had never been on that ride before. Talk about cheesy! After we grabbed some lunch, we headed over to the Pooh ride. This was Kelsey's second favorite ride of the day.
This was our sneaky way of getting a picture with a character without actually standing in line! Too bad Kelsey wasn't looking, but good thing Tigger was caught off guard!
Time to go back home. But we had a fun day! Grammy even got Kelsey a new Minnie Mouse shirt because her current one is a little tight!

I'm trying really hard to just be happy for you and not be jealous! :) I LOVE Dinsneyland, and I keep begging Curt to take us out there! How fun that you live so close and can take Kelsey! By the way, we'd love to do a play date if you do end up coming out to Utah!!!
Kelsey's shirt says "Bashful and Beautiful." I think her cousin Talon's term "Baby Sassy" fits a little better though!
