Today at my appointment I got tested for Strep B, which 30% of women have, but can be dangerous for the baby. Basically, if you're positive, they give you an antibiotic during labor so it won't affect the baby. So, I will find out next week what the verdict is. I also got "checked," but there's not much progress yet. I'm not dilated at all, just 50% effaced. (But hey, progress is progress!) Maybe next week there will be some more interesting news that will make things seem even closer. Baby's head is still down for now, so that's good. I must also add, that it was actually quite uncomfortable to be "checked."

And here is the pack'n'play we bought so our daughter officially has a place to sleep! (We're still working on getting a stroller/car seat--that is our goal for this week.) The directions were absolutely terrible, but luckily we still managed to successfully put it together! We got one that has a raised diaper changer so that Kyle doesn't have any excuses to not change the diapers!

yeah! I love the porta-crib! I'll cross my fingers for your next appt to have better news! (i'm pulling for dilated to a 3!) :)
At least you are at the point of getting "checked" at your appointments...I am way far away from that! :) Sorry it wasn't better news, but I'm sure there will be more progress next week! (We'll all cross our fingers for you!)
I love the pictures of you because you can just barely tell that you are bigger in the one picture. You look great! We are just going to have to walk a ton to get you going:-)
